Yes! We ship globally from our headquarters in Dubai, UAE. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance. Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

For shipments outside the UAE, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

No, we are an authorized global distributor. We hold official distribution agreements directly with the original brands—including Clinique, CeraVe, Isdin, Avène, Benefit, and more. Our role is to bring these premium health and beauty products from the original manufacturers directly to customers worldwide.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Because we deal in health, beauty, and dermo-cosmetic products, strict hygiene regulations apply. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

If a product arrives damaged in transit or is defective, you are fully protected under UAE consumer law. You are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will handle the rest, including return shipping costs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through secure global payment gateways. Depending on your region, we also support digital wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders placed within the UAE. All transactions are processed securely.
